A little bit about us and who we are.

Jim and Caroline Walker have resided in Uxbridge for 20 years, and have experienced the changes and growth here. They have raised their 2 boys in here, where they enjoyed playing hockey in the winter, and soccer in the summer. Jim had a great time coaching them both hockey and soccer for the majority of years they played.

When Caroline is not looking after her family or business, she takes on very active roles in various charities in the community. Caroline sits on the North Durham Habitat for Humanity’s Family Selection Committee, as well she also finds the time to work at the Uxbridge Loaves & Fishes Food Bank working directly with the families.

Caroline has been providing mortgages in the banking industry for over 20 years. She has been an Independent Mortgage Specialist for the last 8. Caroline received her AMP designation from CAAMP’s in 2005 (Accredited Mortgage Professional), which means she is committed to keeping herself educated on all mortgage products and market trends.

Jim has spent many years in the corporate world in management roles providing technology solutions for a multitude of business processes. As an Operations Manager in an International company, Jim gained great experience working closely with the domestic and international financial departments.

Soon after Caroline decided to pursue an opportunity as an Independent Mortgage Professional, her success required more manpower, and it became a natural decision for Jim to join the team.

Still growing, Caroline now looks after a team of 6 individuals, located within Uxbridge, Port Perry, and Unionville.
